Orders & Payment Terms
The MOQ is 24 regular towels/ blankets/ ponchos. Orders can be placed via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1.800.209.1603 for North America or 1.514.824.7355 for international calls. Payments can be made via PayPal, by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). All payments are processed at the time of shipment. If you are a returning customer and would like to discuss Net30, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
All shipping fees are charged at the time of shipment and will be included in your final invoice. All paid orders will ship the next business day unless otherwise noted. If you prefer a later shipping date, please let us know. Any taxes or duties, including customs fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations & Returns
We assume you will love your LUALOHAs as much as we do, but in case you’d like to return your order, the following applies: All returns must be made and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. LUALOHA will issue a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. All products must be unused and in the original packaging.
